Client was caught selling heroin and fake heroin to an undercover police officer. This led the client to being charged with one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree, and one count of Trafficking in Counterfeit Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree as well. The client was facing a possible maximum prison term of 36 months and a maximum fine of $10,000.00.
