Client was in a single car accident and rolled his vehicle several times causing severe injury to himself and his passenger friend. State Highway Patrol came to the scene and obtain a blood sample from Defense Counsel's unconscious client. Counsel for the Defendant filed all of the necessary paperwork to suppress said evidence leading to the OVI charge being dismissed. Another victory for the firm's clients.
