Defendant was charged with two felony of the fifth degrees for theft and forgery. Both charges carried a maximum penalty of six to twelve months in prison and a $2,500.00 fine. Upon reviewing the discovery and speaking with the Prosecutor, a plea agreement was reached where the defendant would serve 30 days incarceration at the county jail and 60 days house arrest with standard terms of community control/probation.
